What can the
Ethical wall do?
External control
Responsible for taking care of the image of your company and ensuring the privacy of information that is considered valuable, specifically from external agents.
Control participants – avoid users with conflicts joining the same meeting
Control activities – block operations that are not allowed
Activity controls are context-aware – blocking operation only when specific groups/users are involved in the meeting allowing full functionality when possible and aligning with compliance by blocking some features when needed.
SphereShield for Webex performs near-real-time audio and video analysis on recorded Webex meetings. This will validate meeting attendees using configurable compliance policies.
The system verifies the list of invitees for every scheduled meeting. In case of policy violation users will be removed from the invite and the host will be notified.
Internal control
Responsible for taking care of the image of your company and ensuring the privacy of information that is considered valuable, specifically from external agents.
For example, establish a policy to disable communication flow between “investors” and “researchers”.Due to this action, employees of these two departments will not be able to establish a communication between them. In this way, sending messages, making calls and sharing files will be disabled.
For example: If an employee of the engineering sector, who does not have any internal communication restrictions, is having a conversation with an employee of the “investors” sector, the option of inviting someone to join the talk will be blocked when whom they want to invite belong to the “research” sector or any sector with some communication restriction policy.
