It combines two core solutions: an AI Security Suite for secure use of public AI, and a Private/On-Prem AI Suite of AI services for organizations that require zero data exposure.

The AI Security Suite provides three protection layers - Prompt Guardian, Guardian Agent, and Model Guardian.

The Prompt Guardian layer governs access to services like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini in real time, the Guardian Agent layer enforces policy on AI agents and MCP-based tools, and the Model Guardian evaluates models through a risk engine and vulnerability assessments.

It enables risk-based policy enforcement, data classification, and visibility into enterprise and shadow AI usage, while protecting against threats such as prompt injection and data leakage.

The Private AI Suite is an end-to-end enterprise-ready AI platform deployable in air-gapped, private cloud, or SaaS environments. It connects to company data sources to power knowledge assistants, natural-language data analysis, smart search, AI agents, workflow automation, log and anomaly analysis, document processing and translation, code assistants, and automated data classification.

AGAT Software Development shall have no liability with respect to the content of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, any loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.

Customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AGAT, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• Customer's use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Customer Data, including any claim that such data infringes or violates the rights of a third party.
• Customer's use of AI systems, outputs, or automated actions enabled through the Platform, including any decisions, actions, or outcomes derived from such use.
• Customer's failure to implement appropriate internal controls, governance policies, or oversight over AI usage.
• Any unauthorized access to the Platform resulting from Customer's failure to secure its systems, credentials, or environment.

18. Modifications

We reserve the right to change this Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this Terms of Service periodically for any updates or changes.

19. Governing Law

By visiting this website, you agree that this agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced by the substantive laws of the state Israel.

AGAT, upon its sole discretion, shall have the right to seek an immediate injunction in respect of any breach of its Intellectual Property Rights in any state jurisdiction and court.
