Job description
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for customer engagement.
In this hybrid role, you will support the sales team in engaging with technical stakeholders, demonstrate platform capabilities,
and help guide enterprise prospects through architecture discussions.
Post-sale, you will ensure a smooth onboarding and initial deployment, bridging the gap between sales and customer success.

Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and map them to product capabilities
- Lead product demos, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions
- Closely monitor POC to give immediate solutions for ongoing issues
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires from enterprise prospects
- Translate technical requirements into scalable and secure solutions using our platform
Customer Success (Post-Sale Onboarding)
- Support initial implementation, configuration, and technical onboarding
- Provide best practices on deployment, integrations, and enterprise architecture
- Act as a technical advisor for key accounts during early stages of adoption
- Ensure technical customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to product and engineering teams
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Flexibility to work off-hours as needed to support our global customers.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role such as Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, IT Consultant, or Junior System Administrator
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, identity providers, security protocols, APIs)
- Ability to hold technical conversations with enterprise IT teams (architecture, security, deployment)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to speak to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or on-prem deployments is a strong plus
- Familiarity with AI, NLP, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus

This is a full-time, on-site position at our offices in Jerusalem's Har Hotzvim Hi-Tech Park.
