Microsoft Teams is one of, if not the, most popular UC platform for companies, especially that ever since covid hit back in 2019, companies had to switch to online/hybrid work. Companies deal with massive amounts of data over the years of doing business, whether it was folders/files. Communication and conversations, questions and answers and even pictures.
